浙江雷牌機件有限公司是瑞安汽摩配協會理事單位。創建于一九九三年，企業座落于中國汽摩配之都---浙江省瑞安市韓田工業區，建筑面積32000平方米，年生產摩托車鎖具400多萬套，電動車鎖具150萬套，電器100多萬套，鎖具配件1000萬只，是集科研、生產、貿易為一體的綜合性企業。企業己通過ISO9001國際質量體系認証；擁有三項實用新型專利；從一九九八年起，連續評為市名牌商標；2000年被評為市明星知名企業；產品質量由中國人民保險公司承保。企業生產的摩托車套鎖先後與力帆、宗申、隆鑫、嘉陵、銀鋼、輕騎、大陽等知名企業配套，電動車套鎖與浙江、江甦等知名企業配套，部分產品銷往臺灣，出口東南亞，非洲等國，並成為了日本本田公司零配件的供應商。
企業現有員工450余名，擁有一批摩托車鎖、點火開關、油箱蓋、電動車鎖、子母鎖、夏利汽車鎖等鎖具設計，摩托車電器設計和工業管理的優秀人才。為了確保“力求完美，不斷創新”的質量方針，企業在現有十二條流水線和300多台加工設備基礎上，引進了先進的CAD/CAM製造系統。

Established in 1993, affiliated to the Education Commission of Rui’ an City, a director unit of the Association of Automobile Parts, ZHEJIANG LEIPAI AUTO PARTS CO., LTD is located at the Hantian Industrial Zone of Rui’an City.
Covering a building space of 17,800 square meters, the Co. is a comprehensive enterprise integrating scientific research, production and trade, with an annual production capacity of over 4,000,000 suits of locks, 1,500,000 suits of electric switches, 1,000,000 suits of electrical and 10,000,000 pieces of lock accessories. It has passed the authentication of ISO 9001 and possesses three practical patents of new style. Since 1998, its products have been evaluated as the Famous Brand of the City each year successively, whose quality is secured by the People's Insurance Company of China. In 2000, it was awarded the honor of the Star Enterprise of the City.
As the supplier of components for Japan's Honda Lock Company, the Co. has also provided matching accessories for the renowned enterprises such as Lifan, Zongshen, Longxin, Jialing and Yingang. Besides, it exports part of its products to Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and some African countries.
The Co. now has a staff of over 450, including a team of excellent talents engaged in designs of locks and Main Switch and Fuel Tank Cap and Ignitions of automobile and motorcycles and in industrial management. To ensure the quality policy of “Striving for the perfection and innovation of our products”, the Co. has introduced advanced manufacturing system CAD/CAM, in addition to the existent 12 production lines and over 300 processing devices.
